The ITF provides human resource development information and training technology service to industry and commerce to enhance their manpower capacity and in-house training delivery effort.

Employers with 5 or more staff are compulsorily required to pay 1% of their total staff payroll cost to the fund. And are entitled to 50% reimbursable amount from the 1% paid to the Fund upon meeting the specific employee investment requirements of the Fund.
